Day of coordination
- Unlimited contact as needed during the planning process
- Final meeting 2-3 weeks prior to wedding to review contracts, timeline, floor plan, etc. to bring your vision to life
- Confirmation with all vendors the week prior to the wedding
- Create a wedding day timeline to ensure a stress-free day
- Assist with set-up and decor as needed
- Responsible for placing all escort cards, favors, card box, cake cutlery, guest book, etc.
- Assist wedding party with their needs
- Problem solve on behalf of the couple
- Distribute final vendor payments and gratuity
- Most importantly- ensure you have a smooth and stress free wedding day!
Services begin on the wedding day 6 hours prior to ceremony start time and end when all formalities, dances, and special events have taken place. Additional hours can be added, including tear down assistance.
